Rxkhoj is a technology platform and marketplace that connects patients seeking medicines with verified local pharmacies. Rxkhoj is not a pharmacy, does not stock or sell medicines, and does not employ pharmacists.
We provide:
All medicine transactions are between the patient and the pharmacy directly. Rxkhoj facilitates the connection but is not a party to any medicine sale or delivery.
Patients: You must be at least 18 years of age to create a patient account and use the Rxkhoj app. By registering, you confirm you meet this age requirement.
Pharmacies: To register as a pharmacy on Rxkhoj, you must:
Rxkhoj reserves the right to verify pharmacy credentials and reject or remove any pharmacy that does not meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at admin@rxkhoj.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering. Providing false information, including false pharmacy credentials, is grounds for immediate account termination.
Each pharmacy may register one account per physical store location. Patients may register one account per mobile number.
When you submit a medicine request on Rxkhoj, you acknowledge that:
The "CRITICAL" urgency flag is intended for genuine medical emergencies. Misusing the critical flag for non-urgent requests is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
When you confirm a pharmacy offer, your mobile number is shared with that pharmacy to enable direct contact. You consent to this sharing at the time of confirmation.
Ratings you submit must be honest and based on your actual experience. Submitting false, malicious, or competitor-motivated ratings is prohibited.
The app requests your location to find nearby pharmacies. You may deny location permission, but this will prevent medicine requests from functioning. Rxkhoj does not continuously track your location.
Pharmacies must ensure all information in their profile — including service area, contact details, and operating hours — is accurate and kept up to date.
When a pharmacy accepts a medicine request and commits to an ETA, it must make reasonable efforts to fulfil that commitment. Consistently failing to meet stated ETAs may result in account review or suspension.

Rxkhoj is a technology platform and bears no responsibility for medicine quality or regulatory compliance.
Any promotional offers published on Rxkhoj must be genuine and honoured when a patient selects that pharmacy based on the offer.
Patient contact details shared upon order confirmation may only be used for fulfilling that specific order. Using patient contact data for marketing, solicitation, or any other purpose is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account termination.
Rxkhoj is currently free to use during the pilot phase. We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice before introducing any fees. Continued use after fee introduction constitutes acceptance of the pricing terms.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension and, where applicable, reporting to law enforcement authorities.
Rxkhoj is a medicine finder — we help you locate medicines at nearby pharmacies. We do not recommend medicines, dosages, or treatments. Always consult a qualified medical professional for medical advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our own negligence, or for fraud.
The Rxkhoj name, logo, platform design, and software are the intellectual property of Rxkhoj and are protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Rxkhoj platform without our express written permission.
By submitting content (such as pharmacy descriptions or ratings) to Rxkhoj, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute that content on the platform.
You may close your account at any time by emailing admin@rxkhoj.com. For pharmacies, please provide 7 days' notice to allow outstanding requests to be resolved.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, provide false registration information, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law.
For pharmacy accounts, we will generally provide 7 days' notice unless the violation is severe (e.g., fraud, patient harm, regulatory non-compliance).
Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases. Data will be retained per our Privacy Policy. Sections 7, 8, 9, and 11 of these Terms survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 (as applicable).
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
